Samaan Capital Offshore Ltd. (“Samaan Capital” or the “Fund”) is an investment partnership founded in 2024 by Michael Gabriel, Founder and Chief Investment Officer.
The Fund is focused on long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated portfolio of publicly traded equities. Its investment approach centers on identifying high-quality businesses with durable competitive advantages, strong unit economics, and meaningful long-term growth potential.
Samaan Capital follows a disciplined, research-driven process grounded in fundamental analysis and supplemented by alternative data, channel checks, and primary research. The objective is to develop differentiated insights and invest with conviction where market expectations diverge from underlying business performance. The portfolio is intentionally concentrated, reflecting a long-term, business-owner mindset and a focus on asymmetric risk-reward opportunities rather than short-term market movements. Samaan Capital is designed for sophisticated investors seeking exposure to a focused, high-conviction equity strategy.
The Fund's service providers include Opus Fund Services (Administrator), Marex Prime Services (Prime Broker), FundBank (Treasury Bank) and Spicer Jeffries (Auditor and Tax preparer)
